RELEASE OF CLAIM OF LIEN
MARGUERITE RECH contracted with R-CAMS HOMES~ INC. and/or
OLOGISTICS, INC. and/or ROBERT C. AMANN,. PRESIDENT~ to furnish labor
and services consisting of interior cleaning on the property owned
by CHARLES F. GRAUSTEIN and FIRST FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN OF FORT
PIERCE, which property is described as follows:
519 SE Greenway Terrace
Port St. Lucie, Florida
LOT 12, BLOCK 391, SECTION 24
- Port St. Lucie Subdivision
~ On or about March 29, 1978, MARGUERITE RECH filed for
record of Claim of Lien against the above-described property in the
office of recorder of St. Lucie County, State of Florida, which Claim
of Lien was duly recorded in Official Record Book 284 at Page 1632
of said county. ~
In consideration of Ten and no/100 ($10.00) Dollars,
receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, MARGUERITE RECH releases
the above-described property and R-CAMS HOMES, INC. and/or OLOGISTICS,
INC. and/or ROBERT C. AMANN, PRESIDENT and~CHARLES F. GRAUSTEIN and
FIRST FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN OF FORT PIERCE, personally from all
liability arising out of the labor and services consisting of
interior cleaning-to the property of CHARLES F. GRAUSTEIN and FIRST
~ FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN OF FORT PIERCE, under. the terms of the above-

j mentioned contract, and authorizes and directs that the above-

~ mentioned lien be discharged of record. ~
