CONTINENTAL ILLINOIS NATIONAL BANK AND TRUST COMPANY OF CHICAGO, ~
a national bankinq association organized and existing under the laws
of the United.States, the holder of those certain mortgages (the "Mort-
gaqes") beinq more particularly described as follows: (i) Mortgaqe
and Security Agreement, dated October 27, 1976, recorded in O.R. Book
259, paqe 1254, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, and (ii)
second-in-priority Mortgage and Security Aqreement, dated October 27,
1976, recorded in O.R. Book 259, page 12?6, aforesaid records, exe-
cuted by HUTCHINSON ISLAND CLUB, INC. ("Mortgagor"j to CONTINENTAL ~
ILLINOIS NATIONAL BANK AND TRUST COMPANY OF CHICAGO ("Mortgagee"),
in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other good and valuable
, considerations, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby ac-
• knawledged, does hereby remise, release, quitclaim, exonerate and
h,.b discharge from the lien, security interest and operation of the said ~
Mortgages unto the Mortqagor, its successors and,assigns, that cer-
~ v tain ~orti~on of the Premises encumbered by the Mortgages more
particularly described as follows:

r, minium in accordance with and subject to the covenants, condi-
tions, restrictions, terms and other provisions of that "De- .

rn an undivided interest in the Common Elements of said Condominium :

This instrument releases said Condominium Parcel from the lien ar~ d
~ a~ security interest of the Mortgages, and from the effect of any instru-
ments of record modifying or supporting said~Mortgages.

Mortgagor, its successors and assigns forever, freed, exonerated, and
3~~ discharged of and from the li.en and security interest of the Mortgages
~ and every part thereof; provided always, nevertheless, that nothing
~~;d herein contained shall in anywise impair, alter or diminish the ef- ;
~~s ~ fect, lien, security interest, or encumbrance of the Mortgages on the '
