The grantor covenant and agrees that so long as this Deed of Trust, Security
Deed, or Mortgage, whichever is applicable, and the Note secured hereby are : ~
guaranteed under the Servicemen's Read~ustment Act, or insured under the
provisions of the Nat3bt~~~i`_$ousing Act, vhichever is applicable, he Will not
execute or file of record any instrument which imposes a restrictian upon

or creed. Upon violation of this covenant, the note holder maq, at its . ~

The Grantor covenants and agrees that should this security instrument or note ~
