THIS CAUSE having come on to be heard upon Motion of
counsel to Correct Title to Assets in the above-captioned estate,
and thc Court having met and discussed said Motio,n with Guy R.
Bruni, Esquire, attorney for the Estate of MARIA LOPERFIDO, and
with Vincent Lloyd, Esquire, Guardian Ad Liteui for FLORENCE
LOPERFIDO, the following is hereby ORDERED AND APPROVED:
1. That the estate of MARIA LOPERFIDO shall purchase fr
PHILOMENA LOPERFIDO Lot 25, Block 1~16, PORT ST. LUCIE, SECTION '
TWENTY-SEVEN, according to the Plat thereof on file in Plat Book
14, at Pages 5 and SA thxough SI, of the Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida. Said purchase shall be for the amount of .
Four.Thousand Dollars ($4,000.00), the Court~having been informed

; by Guy R. Bruni, Esquire and Vincent Lloyd, Esquire that comparabl

' _2. PHILpMENA LOPERFIDO shall then convey by Warranty
. Deed the property descri.bed in the foregoing paragraph to the
estate of MARIA LOPER~IDO.
3. The Court has been further advised by Guy R. Bruni,
Esquire and Vincent Lloyd, Esquire, Guardian Ad Litem for FLORENCE
LOPERFIDO, that the assets contained.in the estate of MARIA
. LOPERFIDO will ultimately be distributed to PHILOMENA LOPERFIDO as
guardian for the estate of FLORENCE LOPERFIDO.
