PETI,TION FOR DISCHARGE .
The undersigned, as personal.representative of the above
~Estate, alleges: ~
1. The decedent, PETER G. VELLA. a resident of St. Lucie . _
County, Florida, died on August.9, 1978, and Letters of Administra-
tion were issued to Petitioner on October 2,-1978. ~

2. Petitioner files herewith a final accounting containing
a complete report of all receipts and disbursements since the ;
f
com~nencement of administration of this Estate. ~ `
~ 3. Petitioner has fully administered this Estate by making
~
payment, settlement,~or~other disposition of all claims and debts ~
~
that were presented, and by paying or making provision for the pay- ~
. f
ment of all taxes and expenses of administration.. ~
; 4. The amount of compensation either paid or to be paid to ~

~ the personal representative, attorneys, accountants, appraisers or ~
~
~ other agents employed by the personal representative is set forth ~
~
in Exhibit A attached hereto. ~

5. Petitioner has filed all required Estate tax returns ~
with the Internal Revenue Service and with the Department of Revenue
of the State of Florida, and has obtained and filed with this Court

evidence.of the satisfaction of this Estate's obligations for both
Federal and Florida Estate taxes, if any. .
6. Petitioner has made or proposes to make distribution of
~ the assets of this Estate as set forth in the Schedule of Distribu-
~ ~ ~
~ tion attached hereto as Exhibit B.
