5. Authenticated copies of~the decedent's Last Will and
Testament., Petition for Probate and Order Admittinq Will to
Probate accompany this Petition. .
6. Upon the adraission of the Last Will and Testament of
the decedent and the certified copies of the domiciliary probate
proceedings which accompany ~his Petition to record, Petitioner
intends to determine the question of claims in Florida by publish-
inq Notice to Creditors.in accordance with the law. _
WHEREFORE ,and.pursuant to Florida Statute Section 734.103
as amended, effective October 1, 1977, Petitioner requests that
this Court enter an Order admitting the authenticated copies of
the Will•and the domiciliary proceedings to record.
Under penalties of perjury, I declar that I have read the
foregoing and that the•facts alleged are true, to the best of my
knowledge and belief. .
