any and all former wills or codicils by me made. ~

ONE: I will and direct that all of my just debts, funeral expenses
and expenses of administration be first duly paid.
~ ~ TWO: I hereby give, devise and bequeath any and all real estate
which I may own in the state of Wisconsin to my daughter, Suzanne, provided
~
that she survive me by at least 60 days. If my daughter fails to survive me
by said 60 days, I give, devise and bequeath said real estate her children,
in equal shares, share and share alike. .
THREE: I give and bequeath any and all common and preferre.d stock
I may own at my death to my. son, David, to be his absolutely, or his heirs

I by right of representation.

` FOUR: I give, devise and bequeath any and all real estate I may

o~vn in the state of Florida to my son, David, provided he survives me by _

~ at least 60 days. If he fails to survive me by at least 60 days, -I give, devise -
~ and bequeath said real estate to his children, in equal shares, share and

share alike. ~
~ FIVE: I give and bequeath any and all bank accounts which I may

own at my death to my son, David, or his heirs by right of representation.
~ SIX: I give and bequeath all of my household goods, furniture,

; fixtures and appliances to my daughter, Suzanne, who at her option and sole .

~ discretion may provide my son, David, with some items of said personalty,
