PETITION FOR LEAVE TO SELL PROPERTY OF WARD
Petitioner, SUN BANR OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY, as Guardian of the
property of DEBBYE LYNN HALL, a minor, respectfully alleges:
~1. The above-named ward is the owner of certain property
which Petitioner desires to sell, described as follows:
One-fourth undivided interest in the following .
- improved parcel of real estate:
Lots ? and S, Block Orange Blossom Estates,
Second Additioa, Second Plat, as per plat thereof ~
on file in Plat Book 16, Page 14, of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
2. Petitioner considers~that it 'is expedient and necessary
to sell the property described above for the following reason:
The pro~erty described above consists of a residential
- dwelling and is owned as tenants in common by,the ward
and three other children of Kelly IIaZl, deceased, each
. having an undivided one-fourth interest in the whole of
the•~roperty. . ~
3. Petitioner desires to sell ward`s one-fourth interest in
the property to Pierce biangurian for $20,000.00 cash, less proportionate
share of (a) closing costs (including title insurance, documentary stamps
and surtax), (b) 6% real estate commission and (c) real estate tax proration.
~HEREFORE, Petitioner requests that an Order be entered autho-
rizing to se~l the above-described property on the conditions and terms
set forth in this Petition.
Under penalties of perjury, I declare that I have read the fore-
goinb and the facts therein are true to the best of my l~vwledge and belief.
