PETITION FOR PARTIAL DISTRIBUTION
The Petition of BEN L. BRYAN, JR., as the duly qualified
and acting Personal Representative of the Estate of EDITH J. SMITH,
deceased, respectfully shows:
l. Edith J. Smith aiea on July 31; 1978, and on August 10,
1978, the Petitioner was appointed Personal Representative and
continuously since that time has discharged the duties of Per5onal
Representative as required by law. ~
2. The Petitioner has published Notice to Creditors of
the Estate as required by law, the first publication of which
occurred on-August 16, 1978, and proof of publication of that
~ notice has been filed., The period during which claims can be filed
i
~ validly against the estate. has expired.
~ 3. Your Petitioner has collected all the assets of the
~ Estate that are collectible and otherwise faithfully administered
~
~ all the goods, chattels, rights and credits of the decedent.
4. The heirs of the Estate of Edith J.-Smith are:
See Attached Schedule "A" .
_ 5. The Estate Tax Return, form 706, has been filed with
the Federal Government and the State of Florida-and nothing remains
~ to be done for the completion and administration of this estate
~
~ except receiving back releases and d~istribution.

~ 6. It would be in the best interest of the estate to make

~ a partial distribution of the cash, stocks, etc. in the estate.
