I~ THELMA G. HcDONOUGH, domiciled in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina,
dec2are this to be my last ~ill hereby revoking all wills-and codicils heretofore
made by me. -
~ ARTICLE I
~ I direct that all of my just debts, my funeral expenses and the cost
of administration of my estate be paid out of the assets of my estate as soon as
practicable after my death.
- ARTICLE II -

If ray sister, Cammie Garris Robbins, and my brother, Ned Stanley
Garris, survive me, then I gfve, devise and beqveath all of my pxoperty of
every natur,e whatsoever and wherever situated to them in the following propor tio
a three-fourths share to Cammie Garris Robbins and a one-fourth share to Ned
Stanley Garris. If my brother, Ned Stanley Garris, shall not survive me,
then all of my said property shall go to my sister, Cammie Garris Robbins.
In the event that my sister, Cammie Garris Robbins, shall predecease
-me or die at the same time as I, then it is my will that all of my said property
shall be divided equally among ray brother, Ned Stanley Garris; my sister, - .
Augusta Garris Bowen; and my sister, Polly Garris ALe~candEr.
If ary sister, Gammie Garris Robbins, shall not survive me and one or ~
more of my brother and sisters in the preceding paragraph shall noC suryive me,
then the share or shares of such deceased brother and/or sisters shall be
divided equally among my nephews: Killiam Ned Robbins, Don Barry Robbins, and
David JuZian Garris. -
ARTICLE III

I appoint my brother, Ned Stanley Garris, to be the Executor of this
my last Will; and I vest my said Executor with full power and authority to sell, F
