THIS INDENTURE, Made JANUARY 16, 1979 , by and between

said Grantea(s), to their only proper use, benefit and behoof forever. .
SUBJBCT TO ALL covenants, restrictions, reservations, easements,
conditions and rights appearing of record; and SUBJECT to any stata of
facts an accurate survey would show.
