EASEMENT ~ .7 ~

THIS EASEMENT made this 23rd day of January, A. D. , 1979
.between SUN BANK OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY as Trustee under the pro- .
visions of that certain Trust Agreement # 4-546 dated
December 28 A.D., 1976, as the Grantors and ALBERT MERKLE and
CLEORA MERKLE, his wife, of 1913;Surfside Drive, Fort Pierce,
Florida, as the Grantees. _ ~
WITNESSETH: That the Grantors, in consideration of the sum ~
of One Dollar and other valuable considerations paid, the receipt
of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby grant unto the Grantees, !

their heirs, personal representatives, successors and assigns, a ~

perpetual easement for the purpose of installation and main- ;

tenance of water lines in, upon and through the following des- s

cribed land in St. Lucie County, Florida, to wit: .
A 6 foot wide easement along the entire length of the
rear lot line of ~the following described property:
Lot~_, Block~, Surfside Subdivision, Unit 2,
according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat
Book 11 at Page 8 of the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida.
Together with the right and privilege to repair, recon- ~

Ii struct, inspect, improve or relocate such water lines within the ~

area above described with all rights and privileges necessary.and

` convenient for the full enjoyment or use thereof for the above
mentioned purposes including the right to cut and keep clear all

trees, undergrowth and other obstruction within said easement and ~

also including the right of ingress and egress over adjoining (

~lands of the Grantor for the purpose of exercising the easement '

herein granted. ~ }
g The Grantor, however, reserve~ the right and privilege to ~

~ use the above described right-of-way for all purposes except as !
herein granted or as might interfere with Grantee's use, occu- '

~ pation or enjoyment thereof, or as might cause a hazardous 4
