TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: , WHEREAS, ALBERT MERKLE and CLEORA MERKLE, his wife, jointly, severally and as to an undivided interest therein, if any, are the ~ owners of the following described property situate, lying and being in St. Lucie Countq,~Florida, to wit: Lot 7 and Lot 8, Block 14; SURFSIDE SUBDIVISION, Ux~it 2, - according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 11, at page 8, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida. WE~REAS, it is now desired by ALBERT MERKLE and CLEORA MERKLE, his wife, to place an easement of records as to each of the above described lots. . - NOW, THEREFORE, ALBERT MERKLE and CLEORA MERKLE, his wife, jointly, severally and as to any undivided interest they may have in said lots, do hereby declare that each~and every of said above described lots shall be burdened by a perpetual non-exclusive ease-- ~ ment for the purpose-of installation and maintenance of sewer lines in, upon, and through a six (6) foot wide easement along-the entire ~ length of the rear lot lines of the following described property: i Lot 7 and Lot 8, Block 14, SURFSIDE SUBDIVISION, Unit 2, ~ according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 11, at page 8, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
