above described easements for all purpoaes excepC as~herein granted
and declared, or as might interfere with the use. occupation or en-
~oyment therepf, or as might cause a hazardous condition; and pro-
vided further by way of illustration and not of limitation to the
grants and declarations herein made. no_portion of the easement
shall be excavated or altered without written permission of the
dominant tenement: in this instance the fee simple owner of Lot 7
above described, and no~building,.struc~ure, or obstruction shall
~be located or constructed on said easement by the fee simple owners
of the above described lots, their successors, personal_representa-
tives, heirs or assigns.
