matter and substituting therefore~a Xerox copy of same, and the Court being

fully advised on the premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Plaintiff be and hereby is allowed to - "
withdraw the original promissory note from the Court file in this matter and

substitute therefore a Xerox copy of same, and the Clerk of the Court is hereby ~
directed to turn over the original promissory note to the Plaintiff and receive
and is sub3ect to therefore. the copy of the note attached to this Order.
