This Cause came on for trial the 29th day of Januarys 1979,
and the Court having given full, consideration to all the evidence
finds: and determines This Court has Jurisdiction of the Parties
and Subject Natter of this snit; that the re3ation of Husband and
Wife nox eziat between the Parties, and that thee Marriage between
the Parties: is Irretrievably Broken and should be Dissolved.

and the Parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the
Bonds: of Matrimony heretofore- ezisting between them and from the
Obligations arising therefrom.
2. CUSTODY. Custodu of CHRISTII~ MARIE LFAAABD and BETTY JEAN
LEORARD~ miner children of the Parties, is hereby awarded to JOSEPHII~
BELL LI~ONARD~ with reasonable visitation rights reserved to JOSEPH
LEONARD.
3. RESTRAINING ORDER. Sash of the•Parties i• hereby enjoined
and restrained from lnterfering xith~ harassing or annoying, the other.
