FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
THIS CAUSE came on for trial the 29th day of January, 1979,
and the Court having given full consideration to all the evi-
deuce, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of
the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation f

of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that
the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and
should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF 2ARRIAGE. The iarriage between LOUISE H.
JOHNSON and ALFRED DREW JOHNSON be and the same is hereby dis-
solved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed
from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and

from the obligations arising therefrom.
~ 2. RESTORATION OF NAME. LOUISE H. JOHNSON be and she is
hereby authorized to assume her former name of LOUISE HYATT and
to use the same in all respects as if said marriage had not
intervened.

3. JURISDICTIOPi. Jurisdiction of this cause, and~the parties
hereto is retained for the entry of such further orders as may
