THIS CAUSE came on-for trial the Z ~ day of January,

`i A. D., 1979, and the Court having given full consideration

to all the evidence, finds and determines: T~is Court has

jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit; t
that the relation of Husband and Wife now exists between the
parties; and that the marriage between the parties is irret-
rievab~y broken and should be dissolved: It is thereupon I
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: The marriage between
F~ VINCENT DALE LAWRENCE and HOLLY ANN LAWRENCE be and the same

is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are -
_ ~ hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore

~ existing between them and from the obligations arising.
therefrom.
2. PROPERTY: The Property Settlement Agreement ~ ~ ~
admitted into evidence is hereby incorporated herein by re-
ference and the parties are ordered to comply with the provisions'

thereof.
3. RESTRAINING ORDER: Each of the parties is -
hereby enjoined and restrained from interferring with, harassing
~ or annoying, the other.
4. JURISDICTION: Jurisdiction of this cause, and the

parties hereto is retained for the entry of such further Orders
as may be proper.
