E FINAL JUDGMENT OF DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE THIS CAUSE, having come on for trial on the 19th day . of December, 1978, upon the pleadings filed herein and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence and observed the demeanor and physical condition of the witnesses and the Hus- band and Wife being represented by their. respective counsel of re- t cord, and the Husband and Wife having entered into a Settlement Agreement in open Court, and the Court finding that it has jurisdic- tion of the parties and subject matter of this suit and that the relationship of Husband and Wife now exists between the parties; the marriage is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved, it is there- ~ upon ORDERED AND ADJUDGED, as follows: 1. That marriage between JOSEPH A. HOLDEN, Husband and PATRICE S. HOLDEN, Wife, be and the same is hereby ordered dissolved and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obli- s s gations arising therefrom. 2.
