3. That the Husband, JOSEPH A. HOLDEN, be, and is hereby '
ordered to execute a Quit-Claim Deed to the Wife, of all of his

right, title and interest, in the home of the Wife, which was deeded
to the Wife, in her name alone by her mother, within thirty (30) ~

days of the rendition of this Final Judgment of Dissolution of
Marriage and in the event that the Husband shall fail to execute said
Quit-Claim Deed within said period of time, this Final Judgment shall
operate to convey any interest that the Husband may have in said
real property to the Wife by operation of law. The legal description

of said real property being:
Lot 3, Block 7, of the Re-Plat of Sunset Park Subdivision,
as per plat thereof on file ~in Plat Book 11, Page 28,
of the Public Records of Saint Lucie County, Florida.
4. That upon his agreement to do so, the Husband, JOSEPH
A. HOLDEN, be, and is hereby ordered to pay to the Attorney for the
Wife, BRAD CULVERHOUSE, Esquire, as the Husband's share of the Wife's
attorney's fees and cost of suit, the sum of Two Hundred Seventy
($270.00) Dollars and JOSEPH A. HOLDEN, be, and is hereby further
ordered to pay said sum to BRAD CULVERHOUSE, Esquire by paying the sum of
Twenty ($20.00) Dollars per week, beginning on Friday, December 29,

1978 and on the Friday of each week thereafter, until the full said
sum of Two Hundred Seventy ($270.00) Dollars has'been paid in full.
JOSEPH_A. HOLDEN shall make said payments to said attorney by mailing
them to him at his address of Post Office Box 4392, Fort Pierce,
Florida, 33450 or by taking them or causing them to be taken to his
Law Offices situate at 300 South Sixth Street, Suite 200, First National
~ ~ Bank Building, Fort Pierce, Florida, 33450, during normal business
hours.

5. That upon the Husband's agreement in open Court, the

order of this Court rendered on May 3, 1978, wherein this Court held
JOSEPH A. HOLDEN in contempt for his failure to pay attorney's fees to
said attorney and further ordered that upon Affidavit of said attorney
