and certain promises and obligations set forth in the. aforesaid mortgagg,
hereby acknowledge full payment and satisfaction of said note and mortgage
deed, and surrender the game as cancelled, and hereby direct ttie Clerk
of said Circuit Court to cancel same of record. t
