Purchaser, by acceptance and execution of this Receipt, acknowledges
that this purchase of a condominium ~u~it at OCEAN VILLAG[i OF IM'(]IINSON ISLAND
is subject in every respect to the Declaration of Condominium as t the condominium
in which h{~ unit is located and I~chibi is attached thereto, incltxlin but not
limited to (whether the same are attached to the Declaration of refer to
therein), the By-laws of the Association Articles of Incorporation, t e Riles and
Regulations, copy of projected operating budget, copy of sales brochu a and floor
plan of apartment purchased by Purchaser, and all Amendments to thew oresaid Ue-
claration and Exhibits and the Articles of Incorporation, By-taws and laration
of Covenants and Restrictions of the~I'roperty Owner's Association; and Purchaser
further acknowledges receipt of and reading and examination of said Declaration, its
Exhibits, and budget, sales brochure and floor plan, and acknowledges that each and
every provision of the foregoing is essential to the sucessful operation and manage-
. meet of the Condominium property and is in the-best interests and for the benefit of
all the owners therein. Purchaser and all owners of parcels in the aforedescribed
Condominium covenant and agree to abide by each and every provision of said Declar-
ation of Condominium and Exhibits attached thereto. Purchaser hereby ratifies and
confirms and approves all of the terms and provisions of said Declaration of Condo-
minium and Exhibits attached thereto, and agrees that the assessment under the
Property Owners' Association documents referred to above and the provisions thereof
are resonable, fair and equitable, and said.Purchaser'acknowledges and confirms
that the Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property Owners' Association
has encumbered and impressed a lien upon the Condominium parcel being conveyed to
Purchaser, as security for his obligations under the said Declaration of Covenants
and Restrictions of the Property Owners' Association and said Rirchaser ass~m~es the
obligations as to-the Property Owners' Association as to his condominium parcel.
Purchaser confirms that all warranties, representations and inducements, if any, are
as contained in the aforesaid Declaration of Condominium and Exhibits attached there-
to, and the common expenses and tl~e sums due-under the .Property Owner's Association
and other charges are estimated only. No warranty or guaranty is made or intended
nor may one be relied except where the.same is specifically warranted or guaranteed
in said Declaration of Condominium and the Exh~,Eits attached thereto.
