The undersigned, as Personal Representative of the above estate, , t
alleges: -
1. The decedent, ELSIE RHINEHART, a resident of St. Lucie .
County, Florida, died on September 19, 1978, and Letters of Adminis-
tration were issued to Petitioner on October 10, 1978.
2. Petitioner files herewith a Waiver of a Final Accounting executed
by the sole beneficiary of said estate, GEORGE W. RHINEHART; however,
there were no receipts and disbursements in said estate and all expenses
of administration, and fees, were advanced personally by the beneficiary,
GEORGE W. RHINEHART inasmuch as there was no cash in said estate.
3. Petitioner has fully administered this estate by making payment,

settlement or other disposition of all claims and debts that were presented,
and by paying or making provision for the payment of all expenses of .
administration.
4. Petitioner was not required to file an estate tax return with the
Internal Revenue Service and with the Department of Revenue of- the State ~
of Florida, but has obtained and filed with this Court a Florida Nontaxable

Certificate.
- 5. Petitioner has made or proposes to make distribution of the
~ estate asset as set forth in the schedule of distribution attached hereto
as Exhibit ~A. ~ -
