LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT

I, ALEXIA SHERSHENOVICH, a resident of St. Lucie County,
i~Florida, do hereby make, publish and declare. this my Last Will and
jjTestament, hereby revoking and rendering void any and all Wills and
j; any Codicils thereto by me at any time heretofore made.

I direct that my Personal Representative, hereinafter .

Mall expenses of my last illness and funeral, .as soon as conven-

With respect to any property which I may own jointly with
!one or more persons, either as joint tenants with rights of sur-

livivorship or otherwise, I do hereby confirm the same and direct
s ;that such property shall pass to the surviving joint tenant or

tenants, as the case may be. In the event my son, HEilRY C. NEBER,
predeceases me, any joint accounts he may hold with me,including
p ~~cash and certificates of deposit, shall be divided among my grand-
children, ARDEN B. NEBER ALGASE, SHERYL IZEBER WOOD, and RONALD
I~NEBER and my daughter-in-law, HELEN NEBER, share and share alike
or to the survivor or survivors thereof.

I give, devise and bequeath the sum of FIVE THOUSAND

DOLLARS ($5,000.00) to my granddaughter, ARDEN B. NEBER ALGASE.

I give, devise and bequeath the sum of FIVE THOUSAND
