LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT .
OF
MILOA . M. SAMPLE
I: MILDI? M. SAMPLE of the City of Franklin, County of Warrens and .
State of Ohio, being of full age and of sound and disposing mind and memory, do
hereby make, publish and declaro this to be my Last Will and Testament, revoking
all other and fanner wills, testaments and codicils whatsoever by me made.
ITEM 1: I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid
as soon after my decease as conveniently can be done.
ITEM II: After the payment of wch debts and funet'lol expenses, I give, f
devise and bequeath my estate as follows:
I give, devise and bequeath my home at 85 Beam Drive,
Franklin, Ohio, to my son, WILLIAM, SAMPLE, absolutely and in fee simple, if he
is I iving at the time of my decease. In the event my said son has. predeceased me,
-then I direct that my said home shall be included in the rest and residue of my

estate .
All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, of whatever
kind and wheresoever situate, I give, devise and bequeath to my children, EDWARD
SAMPLEt MC BETH SAMPLEr WILLIAM SAMPLES VERA SAMPLE, and PATRICIA

APPLE, equally, to be divided amongst themselves as they choose and agree. Iri the

ITEM lil: I hereby nominate -and appoint my son, WILLIAM SAMPLE, as
Executor of this ~my Last Will and Testament, and direct that no bond be required of
him as wch. My said 6cecutor shall have -full power at his discretion to do any and
all things necessary for.~the complete administration of my estate, including the power
~ to sell at public pr private sale and without order of court, any real or personal
property belonging to my estate, and to compound, compromise or otherwise settle or
adjust any and all claims, charges, debts and demands whatsoever against or in favor
