MOTION FOR DEFAULT
Petitioner, THELMA JEAN VANCE, moves the Clerk of
the above styled Court for entry of a Default against the
Respondent, ULLIE G. VANCE, and in support thereof would show-
unto the Court that said Respondent has failed to_answer or
otherwise defend in said cause within the time and in the
manner prescribed by law and the rules and practice of this
Court and has failed to serve any pleadings on Petitioner's
attorney .
WHEREFORE, for the foregoing reasons, Petitioner
prays for the foregoing relief.
