't9 ~~',~'t 3Q ~ S ~ 23 FINAL•JUDGMENT ~ • DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE THIS CAUSE came on for trial-the 29th day of January, 1979, and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines: This Gourt has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation~of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between ~ - the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is I E thereupon ORDERED AND ADJUDG~:D as follows: 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between GLENN K. BOYD, JR. and THERESA LEE BOYD be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the • bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom. 2.~ PROPERTY. The Stipulation and Agreement admitted into evidence is hereby incorporated herein by reference and the parties E ~ are ordered to comply with the provisions thereof. t 3. RESTRAINING ORDER. Each of the parties is hereby enjoined i s and restrained from interfering with, harassing or annoying, the other. ~ 4. FEES AND COSTS.
