FINAL JUDGMENT OF DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
THIS CAUSE coming on to be heard upon the Petition
for Dissolution of Marriage, the pleadings and testimony taken
herein, and the Court, finding that a Default has been entered
against the Respondent and that it has jurisdiction of the
parties and subject matter of said cause, and finding that the
marriage of the parties hereto is irretrievably broken and
being otherwise duly advised in the premises, thereupon,
ADJUDGED:
1. That the bonds of marriage. between Petitioner,
THELMA JEAN VANCE, and Respondent, ULLIE G. VANCE, are hereby
dissolved, because the marriage is irretrievably broken.
