1978, by and between ADELAIDE C. ICLATT, hereinafter called the Grantor,
and SLAVIC GOSPEL ASSOCIATION, INC., Trustee, an Illinois non-profit _~a~
organization, whose permanent address is Box 1122, Wheaton, Illinois ~
60187, hereinafter called the Grantee:
WITNESSETH: That the Grantor, for and in consideration of-
the sum of $10.00 and other good and valuable considerations, to it in
hand paid by the Grantee, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has
granted, bargained and sold to the said Grantee, and said Grantee's
heirs and assigns forever, .the following described land situate, lying
and being in City of Port St. Lucie, County of St. Lucie, and State of
Florida, to-wit:
Lot 19, Block 1523 of PORT ST. LUCIE SECTION 30,
a Subdivision according to the Plat thereof, re ~
