Such provisions as are incorporated by refer+enoe hereinto shall be Uniform Covenants 1 through 17 and Non-Uniform
Covenants l8. 19.20 and 22 of this Mortgage. Borrower and Lender agree that all references to the Property. Borrower.
Lender and Note contained in the abore described master form of mortgage and incorporated by reference hercinto shall
be construed to mean the Property. Borrower, Lender and Note defined herein. Borrower acknowledges receipt of a copy
of the complete tezt of the pro~risions hereby incorporated by reference into this Mortgage.
ADDITIONAL NON-UNIFORM COVENANTS. Borrower and Lender Wrther covenant and agree as follows:
21. Future Advances. Upon request by Borrower, Ltrder. at Lenders option within twenty years from the.date of this
