E A S E M E N T
• KNOW ALL ?dEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that the undersigned for and
in consideration of the sum of One Dollar, to them in hand paid by the
FORT PIFFCF. UTILITIES AUTHORITY of THE CITY OF FORT PIERCE, FLORIDA, a
municipal corporation under the laws of the State of Florida, receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, do hereby convey and grant to the CITY
OF FORT PIERCE, FLORIDA, for the use and benefit of the FORT PIERCE
UTILITIES AUTiORITY the privilege and. easement to construct electric
transmission line, including the installation of poles and down guy wires
and other equipment necessary for the construction and maintenance of
said electric transmission line in and upon the following described
property, to-wit: .
Those parcels described on EXHIBIT "A"
attached hereto and made apart hereof.
All of said property lying and being
situate in St. Lucie County, Florida.
and to place such poles and down guy wires and other equipment necessary
within said easement as may be necessary in the construction of said
electrical transmission line, including the right to trim, cut and keep
clear of said line all trees and limbs which may endanger the same, with
the right to go upon said land from time. to time as may be necessary to
construct, maintain and repair said down guy wires. No permanent struc-
tures shall be placed or installed on said easement.- -
The undersigned hereby covenant and warrant that they own the
sai3 land and-have-the right to grant this easement.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned grantors have hereunto set
their hands and seals this 2lstday of November 1978•
