CONSENT TO BASE~SENTS
KNOW ALL ~lEN BY TIiESE PRESENTS, that we, as Agent for Lessors
of Lease dated January 2, 1962, between GATES TRUST and CITY OF FORT
PIERCE, FLORIDA, as to certain other properties described on Exhibit "A"
attached hereto, for and in consideration of the sum of One Dollar to
them in hand paid by the FORT PIERCE UTILITIES AUTHORITY of THE CITY OF
FORT PIERCE, FLORIDA, do hereby consent to the granting of the aforesaid
easement by the CITY OF FORT PIERCE, FIARIDA, to the CITY OF FORT PIERCE,
FLORIDA, for the use and benefit of the FORT PIERCE UTILITIES AUTHORITY f-
for the purposes therein stated.
