DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM -
- ARTICLE I
SUBMISSION, NAME, AND THE LAND
THIS DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM made this o7y~ day of
1978, by HUTCHINSON ISLAND LIMITED.PARTNERSHIP,
a Flor limited partnership, for itself, its successors, grantees
and ass' ns.
A. HUTCHINSON ISLAND LIMITED PARTNERSHIP makes the following
declarations:
(1) SUBMISSION. Developer hereby submits to the condo-
minium form of ownership pursuant to the Condominium Act (as
hereinafter defj.ned) those certain lands described in this instru-
ment under the phasing plan described herein.
(2) NAME. The name of this'Condominium is GOLF VILLAS,
A CONDOMINIUM.~~ c
(3) -THE LAND. The land owned by Hutchinson Island
Limited Partnership which, by this Declaration, is submitted to,
condominium ownership, is located in St. Lucie County, Florida,
and is designated as the "Phase (A) Land" and is more particularly
described in Exhibit No. "1" attached hereto and made a part of
this Declaration. -
(4) PHASING PLAN. By this Declaration of Condominium,
Developer submits-the Phase (A) Land, together with the improvements =
s thereto, to condominium ownership. Phase (A) contains 52 Units
(as hereinafter defined) located in 3 buildings and Common Elements
as shown on the Phase (A) Land on said Exhibit No. "1."
B. Likewise by this Declaration of Condominium, Developer
provides for additional phases of development to the Condominium,
as follows:
- (1) Developer may, but shall not be required to add to
the Condominium a tract of land located in St. Lucie County,
Florida, which is designated and shown as Phase (B) on said
Exhibit No. "1" (the tract of land being shown thereon as "Phase
(B) Land" and such tract together with the improvements with
respect thereto being referred to as "Phase (B)."-
(2) Phase (B) shall consist of Units of the same general
~ size as the Units in Phase (A). Phase (B) shall have 48 .Units in
~ 3 buildings and shall be completed (if the Developer shall elect
to build it) by the 31st day of May, 1981 (if the Developer shall
-elect to build it). ~ ~
