FOR GOOD AND VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged, GOLF VILLAS, INCORPORATED, a Florida nonprofit
corporation, hereby agrees to accept all of the benefits and all
of~the duties, responsibilities, obligations, and burdens imposed
upon it by the provisions of this Declaration and the Exhibits
attached hereto.
