UTILITIES AUTHORITY, - .

hereinafter called the grantee:
WITNESSETH: That the grantor, for and inrconsideration of the sum of 510.00 and other
valuable considerations, receipt whereof is hereby. acknowledged, by these presents does
grant and convey unto the grantee for the use and. benefit of the FORT PIERCE UTILITIES
AUTHORITY, the privilege and easement to construct Underground electric
distribution lines over and across the following described land in St. Lucie County,
Florida, To wit:

~ including the right to trim, cut and keep clear of said line all trees, shrubs
'~d limbs which may endanger the same, with the right to go upon said land from time
to time as may be necessary to construct,. maintain and repair said line. No permanent.
structures or shrubbery shall be .placed or installed on said easement.
AND the grantor hereby convenants with said grantee that it is lawfully seized of said
land in fee simple; that it has good right and lawful authority to grant this easement.
(Wherever used herein the terms "grantor" and "grantee" include
all the parties to this instrument and.the heirs,-legal representa-
tives, and assi ns of individuals, and the successors and assigns
