THIS GRANT OF EASEMENT made and executed the 18th. day of Januar A.D.

laws of Florida, and having its principal place of business at Hutchinson Island, Fort
Pierce, Florida

WITNESSETH: That the grantor, for and._in consideration of the sum of X10.00 and-other
valuable considerations, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, by these presents does
grant and convey unto the grantee for the use and benefit of the FORT PIERCE UTILITIES
AUTHORITY, the privilege and easement to construct Sanitary Sewer
distribution lines over and across the following described land in St. Lucie County,
Florida, To wit: _

and, including the right to trim, cut and keep clear of .said line all trees, shrubs
and limbs which may endanger the same, with the right to go upon said land from time .
to time as may be necessary to construct, maintain and repair said line. No permanent
structures or shrubbery shall be placed or installed on said easement.
AND the grantor hereby convenants with said grantee that it is lawfully seized of said
land in fee simple; that it has good right and lawful authority to grant this easement. '
