This cause came on before the Court upon the Motion of
JONES,. PAINE & FOSTER, P. A. for Leave To Withdraw as counsel of
record for the Defendants REID GOODWIN and RUTH GOODWIN, his wife,
and the Court having received testimony from the moving party and frgn
Defendant, REID GOODWIN, who appeared at the hearing in his own
behalf and in .all respects consented to the withdrawal of JONES,
PAINE & FOSTER, P. A. as counsel of record for t;ie Defendants, anu
the Court being otherwise advised in the premises, and upon consid-
eration thereof, it is;
