1. That the Motion for the Production and Inspection of~
Documents is hereby granted, with the specific arrangements for
time and place of inspection to be arrived at between Counsel,
and to be concluded within ten (10) days hereof, and
2. That the Motion for Continuance is hereby. granted,
with the trial being rescheduled for February 28, 1979, at
