THIS CAUSE came on to be heard on the 16th day of January,
1979, upon the Husband's Motion for Default, and the Court finding
that the Wife prior to the hearing had filed responsive pleadings,
and having heard the argument of Counsel, and being otherwise advised
in the premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED, as follows:
1. That the Husband's Motion for Default, be, and is
hereby ordered denied.
DONE AND ORDERED this f day of January, 1979, at Fort
