AMENDED FINAL JUDGMENT OF DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
THIS CAUSE having come on for trial on the 16th day of

January, 1979, upon .the pleadings filed herein, and the Court

~ having given full consideration to all the evidence and observed~~
E~ the demeanor and physical condition of the witnesses, finds and ~
if determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and ~
subject matter of this quit; that the relation of husband and
wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage is
{
irretrievably broken and should be dissolved: It is thereupon i
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between JUDY L.
PARTRIDE and DAVID N. PARTRIDGE, be and the same is hereby !
i dissolved and the parties and each of them are hereby forever
f
freed from the bonds of martrimony heretofore existing between
them and from the obligations arising therefrom.

2. CUSTODY. Custody of JENNIFER PARTRIDGE and DAVID

PARTRIDGE, minor children of the parties; is hereby awarded to

JUDY L. PARTRIDGE, with reasonable visitation rights reserved
i; to DAVID N. PARTRIDGE.

3. MONETARY CHILD SUPPORT. Commencing on the 19th day
of January, 1979, the Husband will pay to the Wife the sum of

$125.00 per month per child payable bi-weekly at the rate of
$67.50 per child for the support of the aforesaid minor children
of the parties and continuing for a period of six (6) months.
