Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of the Circuit

Court and by him remitted promptly to JUDY L. PARTRIDGE. In
addition, there is hereby assessed the sum of $2.00 as statutory
costs to be added to each payment made to the Clerk. All
payments shall be made in cash,. money order or cashier's check. ~
Both of the parties are ordered to keep the Clerk of this Court
advised of their mailing and residence addresses at all times
while this Order is in effect.
4. PROPERTY. Based upon the Agreement of the parties in
II open Court, the Court hereby awards to the Wife all the Husband's
interest in the jointly owned property, to-wit:
~ Lot 15, Block 67-A, Unit~6,
LAI~WOOD PARR SUBDIVISION ~
and the Husband shall execute aQuit-Claim Deed transferring the

property to the Wife from date hereof.. j

5. MARITAL DEBTS. The Husband shall be required to pay j

all of the outstanding marital debts up to the date of the entry
I
of the Final Judgment of Dissolution of Marriage. ~

6. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause, and the
parties hereto is retained for the entry of such further orders
as may be proper.
