IT appears from the evidence before the Court that DONALD THO1~fAS
SECREST, Respondent is, as of this day January 19, 1979, in arrears in child
support payments=3.n the sum of $464.00 including Court Coats, and it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Respondent DONALD THOMAS SECRBST shall make
payments of $80.00 per month commencing February 2, 1979. Such payments will
represent $60.00 per month regular child support and $20.00 per month to be ap-
i
plied to arrearage of $464.00. Payments will revert to $60.00 per month when the
arrearage is paid in full. Payments to be made in cash, cashier's check or money
order and are to include an additional $2.00 Clerk's fee.
JURISDICTION of this cause, and the parties hereto is retained .for the
entry of such further"orders as may be proper.
