THIS cause came on for hearing upon Motion for Enforcement filed by
VICKIB PIXLEY against GERALD L..PIXLEY , and the Court having
considered the evidence and testimony determines that as of January_
19th, 197 9 , GBItALD L. PIXLEY is is default in the amount of -
$ 1,369.50 , and a Final Judgment is hereby entered in favor of VICKIE PIXLEY

FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Respondent hereafter shall pay as child

cashier's check or money order and by him remitted promptly to VICKIE PIXLEY
In addition, there is hereby assessed the sum of $2.00 as statutory casts to be added
to each payment made to the Clerk.
JURISDICTION of this cause, and the parties hereto is retained for the
