THIS CAUSE was heard on January 15, 1979, upon the Motion i
and Affidavit for Enforcement reviousl .filed herein b the Petitioner,

and the Petitioner being present in open Court in person and represented
by counsel, and the Respondent having appeared in person in~open Court
and not having been represented by an attorney, and the Court having
heard all of the testimony of the parties and being fully advised in
the premises, the Court finds and determines:
1. That the Respondent, RODERICK BLACKSHEAR, is in arrears
in the above-styled cause in the amount of $1087.00.
2. That said Respondent has entered into~an Assignment of

Earnings of Responsible Parent with the Petitioner providing that the
~ Respondent's employer withhold from the Respondent's paycheck the
~ }
sum of $50.00 per week plus $2.00 statutory cost and send said amount
~ to the Clerk of this Court.. A copy of said Assignment of Earnings
is attached hereto and made a art .hereof.

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:

1. That the terms of the Assignment of Earnings of
Responsible Parent are hereby ratified by this Court.
2. That the Clerk of this Court shall and he is hereby

ordered to forward all arrearage payments received from the Respondent
until the aforesaid arrearage is paid in full to the Department of

Health and Rehabilitative Services, Child Support Enforcement Section,
1317 Winewood Boulevard, Tallahassee, Florida, 32304.
