FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
THIS CAUSE, having come on to be heard for trial this date,
and the Court having given full consideration-to all the evidence,
finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties
and the subject matter of-this suit; that the relationship of Husband
and Wife now exists between the parties; and .that the marriage between
the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is,
thereupon, ~ -
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
- 1. That the marriage between NORBERT RICHARD SCHOPP and
ALEXANDRA Z. SCHOPP be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the
parties and each of-them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of
matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations
. -

arising therefrom. -
2. The property settlement agreement admitted into evidence
is hereby incorporated herein by reference and the parties are
t
ordered to comply with-the provisions thereof.
3. ALEXANDRA Z. SCHOPP shall hereafter be known by her maiden
~ name and her name is changed to ALEXANDRA ZILAHY as if the marriage
of the parties had not intervened.
4. Jurisdiction of this cause, and the parties hereto, is
retained for the entry of such further orders as may be proper. -
