This cause came on for-non-jury trial before the Court
on January 30, 1979, and the-Court having considered the plead-
- ings and evidence herein, and the Court being duly advised in
the premises, it is upon consideration
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that:
1. This Court has jurisdiction of the subject matter
hereof and the parties; that the equities are with the plaintiff
and against the defendants and each of them, and that the plain-
. tiff has proved all the material allegations of its complaint by
the greater weight of the evidence.
