sequent to and is subject and subordinate to plaintiff's mort-
gages herein.
5. If the aforesaid total sum with interest at the rate
prescribed by law and all costs of this action accruing sub-
sequent to this juedment are not paid within three days-from
this date, the clerk of this court shall sell the pro erty at~~~,
public sale on theG~~~J_ay of 1979 11:00 AM
PM, to the highest bidder for cash, except as set forth
hereinafter, at the East door of the courthouse in St. Lucie
County, Fort Pierce, Florida,, in accordance with section 45.031,
Florida Statutes.
6. The highest bidder shall tender to the Clerk 10~ of
the amount. of his bid, in cash, at the conclusion of the bidding
and the remainder in cash, prior to the conclusion of the Legal
hours of sale at 2:00 PI4 on the day of sale. In the event the
highest bidder fails to pay the remainder due as herein provided
he shall forfeit the 1090 deposit which shall be remitted by the
Clerk to the plaintiff as liquidated danages; upon forfeiture,
the clerk shall immediately resume the sale, commencing the
bidding at the second highest bid.
7. Plaintiff shall advance all subsequent costs of this

action and shall be reimbursed for them by the clerk if plaintiff
is not the purchaser of the property at the sale. If plaintiff
is`the purchaser, the clerk shall credit plaintiff's-bid with

the total sum with interest and costs accruing subsequent to this
judgment or such part of it as is necessary to pay the bid in full.
E. On filing the certificate of title the clerk shall dis-
tribute the proceeds of the sale, as far as they are sufficient,
by paying: first, all of plaintiff's costs; second, documentary

stamps affixed to the certificate; third, plaintiff's attorney's
fees; fourth, the total sum-due to plaintiff less the items paid
plus interest at the rate prescribed by law from this date to

the date of the sale; and by retaining any amount remaining
-pending the further order of this court.
