COMES NOW the Plaintiff, ELLOEASE PASCHAL, individually
and as next friend and mother of GARY LEWIS CARITHERS, a minor,
and the Defendant,~MASSACHUSETTS INDEMNITY & LIFE INSURANCE .
COMPANY, by and through their undersigned attorneys, and
hereby move this Court for an Order dismissing this cause with
prejudice, as this matter has been amicably settled between
the parties.
