Your Petitioner, LILLIS R."JOHNSON, a citizen of the .
United States, whose residence is 106 Avenue B,"Greenville, Ohio, -
would.respectfully show unto this Honorable Court;
1. That on May 19, 1977, M; WILLIAM JOHNSON departed this
- life in Greenville, Ohio, leaving a Last Will and Testament, duly
signed and attested, as your Petitioner believes, which said Will
conforms to the laws of the State of Florida, as to form and .
manner of execution, and has been duly admitted to probate and
record in the Common Pleas Court, Probate Division, for the County
of Darke, and-State of Ohio, the same being a Court with probate
3urisdiction;. that said Testator in said Will nominated LILLIS R.
JOHNSON, as Executrix thereof, and the said LILLIS R. JOHNSON duly
qualified as Executrix on the 25th day of May, 1977, in the said
Court of"Common Pleas, Probate Division, of the"County of Darke
and State of Ohio, an authenticated copy of which said Will and

probate proceedings had in said Common Pleas Court, Probate Division,
F of the County of Darker State of Ohio, your Petitioner now presents
to your Honor for record,
2. That said Decedent left "real property situate in Saint
Lucie County, Florida, which"property is described as follows: -
Lots 1 and 2, Block 121, PORT SAINT
~ LUCIE Section 27, a subdivision•ac-
cording to the Plat thereof as re-
~ - corded in Plat Book 14 Page 5, of
the Public Records of ~aint Lucie
County, Florida,
worth $12,690.00, the Estate holding an undivided one-half interest
therein worth _$6,345.00.
3, That the surviving heir-at-law of said Decedent is the
Petitioner. ~ .
