4. The Decedent waived the requirement of any bond upon
Petitioner'for these proceedings. t
. 5. Your Petitioner is willing to accept and undertake the
trust confided in her.
WHEREFORE, your Petitioner prays that the said authenticated ~
copy of said Will and probate proceedings had in the common Pleas
Court, Probate Division, County of Darke, and State of Ohio, may
'be admitted to record in this Court, and the Ancillary Letters
Testamentary thereon may be issued to your Petitioner, the said
LILLIS R, JOHNSON, upon due qualification, and that, according to
the Will, no bond be required of Petitioner, and that all other
Orders necessary may 'be made.
.Under penalties of perjury, I declare that I have- read the
foregoing, and the facts alleged are true to the best of my know-
ledge and belief.
